What is Nervous System Coaching?
Did you know that your brain and body are designed to regulate and heal? Somatic Attachment (soma, meaning ‘body’) is a holistic approach that honors the deep connection between the body and mind and their unique language. It's about cultivating a secure attachment to yourself—learning to understand, trust, and care for your own body's signals. When chronic or traumatic stress overwhelms the nervous system, it can shift into survival mode—either mobilizing energy to fight or flee, or shutting down to protect.
